Health and Education Alliance is a non-profit that connects schools and healthcare organizations to provide families with health and education services.
Health and Education Alliance is providing easy access to healthcare for families through their children’s schools.

The Health and Education Alliance (HEA) has developed a 4-pronged community school partnership model that creates a one-stop-shop for education, health, and social services. Our model has been proven to tackle multiple social determinants of health and create millions of dollars of extra funding annually that can be sustainably re-invested for educators and families, especially in underserved neighborhoods with high proportions of special education students. HEA’s blended-billing model allows schools and providers to serve underserved students with Medicaid insurance at a sustainable return on investment while lowering system-level, long-term complications and costs from chronic illness and disability.

Our Mission Statement

Health and Education Alliance (HEA) strives to create partnerships between school districts, health care organizations, and community groups that increase families’ access to life changing services and opportunities. HEA also aims to build supportive communities for educators and families while increasing resources for all.
